Kitchens International Edinburgh

Visual Impact

In such a large space the client wanted a dramatic kitchen to create a visual impact. The designers at Kitchens International's Edinburgh showroom suggested an ultra-glossy black Poggenpohl kitchen with charcoal black worktop, plus a substantial island unit to divide the cooking area form the living space. In contrast one set of base units under the window are in aluminium with an etched glass worktop to form the sink zone, this finish is repeated in the brushed steel cooking appliances.

Edinburgh View

The designers at Kitchens International positioned the island unit in this modern Edinburgh apartment to make the most of the view. As well as a sink and wine fridge, the island includes a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen units are in gloss white with matching white worktop to maximise the light, bright aspect of this kitchen. The bank of appliances includes a built in microwave and coffee machine.

Edinburgh Apartment

By combining black high gloss units with warm wood details the designers at Kitchens International created a striking Poggenpohl kitchen for this Edinburgh apartment. The long island unit provides ample storage and worktop space while the angled breakfast bar creates an interesting dynamic.
