Poggenpohl brings modern serenity to the progressive Ranch O|H residence created both as a weekend retreat and base camp for outdoor activities. The active couple's home combines lodge details while maintaining a modern Californian architectural aesthetic. The interior material palette is composed of cedar-clad ceilings, oil-rubbed steel, and exposed concrete floors. Strategic layering of the site, materials, and dynamic indoor-outdoor spaces, created a uniquely elegant, yet grounded retreat.
