Another amazing edition of DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) Picnic by Design took place in August at the Ramscale Studios, commemorating its four-year anniversary. The fundraising event, which celebrates great design and engages emerging and young designers to support DIFFA’s work in the fight against HIV/AIDS, was once again sponsored by renowned brands, among which Poggenpohl – supporter of the noblest causes worldwide – who did not miss the opportunity to participate and pay homage to the incredible work that has been developed by this institution.
Guests sampled gourmet picnic fare from fabulous restaurants at tables stationed throughout the venue, enjoyed a delicious selection of cocktails and beverage, and had the opportunity to bid on show-stopping picnic baskets conceived by top designers - All for a good cause. Notable judges in the design and culinary industry voted for their favorite creations, which will be highlighted on the Interior Design magazine’s website.
