Located in Fortune Plaza, Beijing, in the heart of the Chaiyang district, the Beijing Fortune Center impressively touches the skies, rubbing shoulders with some of the city’s most iconic buildings - CCTV headquarters designed by Rem Koolhas, the China World Trade Center, the Kerry Center, the Jing Guang Center and the World Financial Center.

 Currently it is the tallest complex within the district, 260 metres tall, the Center is divided into five buildings  – two for office spaces, one housing the sophisticated Grand Millennium Beijing Hotel and two apartment buildings. Structurally intelligent and highly efficient, the Beijing Fortune Center boasts a unique agenda from the outset thanks to its tempered glass façade emanating an architectural philosophy that highlights values such as simplicity, transparency, grandeur and elegance, while never losing sight of the idea of temporality, reflecting the current era and at the same time extending its aesthetic validity for years to come.

This small ‘city’ within the very cosmopolitan city brings together a series of countless services covering areas such as commerce, shopping, leisure and housing. Basically, the Beijing Fortune Center is the combination of all these universes in one single structure.

The residential complex is comprised by 180 luxury apartments over 54 floors. All interiors - very cosmopolitan spaces within large areas that may vary between 327 square metres and 588 square metres - meet a very distinctive design intervention by the hands of Steve Leung Designers Ltd., based in Hong Kong, marked by a very contemporary style, endowed of singular conditions. 

The kitchens, 176 in total, have been fitted with exclusive furniture from Poggenpohl. Undoubtedly, a striking element in the daily life at home… planned to create remarkable culinary moments Bright and spacious, of well-defined lines, easily integrated into the whole ambience of each home, thanks to the sophisticated simplicity of the design and the very neutral and warm colour palette – light coloured wood with matching white countertops.

Every apartment in the Beijing Fortune Center is at least 100 metres from the ground. This privileged position allows stunning 270 degree views over the city.  Each property has been fitted with everything you could ever need for a life packed of comfort, fully adapted to the requirements of modern city life.
