A great evening in our Stockholm studio together with nearly 140 interesting people among a long list of constructors, architects, media, investors and customers of all kind.

The chef for the evening was Richard Bornefors who made a marvelous menu:
• Baked whole cauliflower with a cheese cream, flower cress and herb oil
• Steamed gust with cucumber, ginger, horseradish
• Baked apple with fresh cheese mousse, vanilla, hazelnuts and granite
