Poggenpohl inspires, rather than prescribing to customers how their future favourite place should look like. The best evidence: the newly designed flagship store in London's upmarket Wigmore Street. Its concept leads the way for more salesrooms and the investment of a commitment to the British market.
A jewel in the south-east of England, Tunbridge Wells is a highly desirable residential location, and therefore an obvious location for Poggenpohl to open a brand-new studio. Within the historic area of The Pantiles, this small but perfectly designed studio hints at what is achievable by showcasing examples of each of their product ranges, whilst remaining respectful to architecture and heritage of the building.

The standalone kitchen +VENOVO wins as “Best of Best” at the ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Interior 2019. The neongrün design team, led by Sören Jungclaus, committed itself to the idea of giving the room less kitchen but the kitchen more room.
+VENOVO by Poggenpohl is the honoured recipient of the German Design Award 2019 in the “Kitchen” category. The award recognises a talent for elegant efficiency, which blurs the boundaries between kitchen and living space.
Designers Sören Jungclaus and Mathias Knigge are the creators of +VENOVO: an aesthetically scaled-back piece of furniture which offers added value by enhancing open living spaces.
Thomas Kredatus, Managing Director of Poggenpohl Möbelwerke GmbH, died on November 27, 2018 due to serious health complications.
As an important first step in bringing its new brand experience to the world; Poggenpohl has re-opened its fully renovated Munich Studio on 21 November 2018. This will be followed by the first dealer-owned Studio to launch with the brand's ground-breaking new retail concept.
With +SEGMENTO Y, Poggenpohl is creating a stunning reinterpretation of a current collection and opening it up to young target groups. The kitchens being presented at the Küchenmeile A30 premiere are matt instead of glossy, with graphic accents or a free mix of white, black and grey areas.
Poggenpohl is a co-partner of Marta, a museum of modern art at the production site in Herford. The architect was none other than the American Frank O. Gehry. The manufacturer of luxury kitchens is having a 15 metre long wall designed by the street artist The Krank for the in-house exhibition, as part of Küchenmeile A30. To creatively stage the brand’s values once again.
Unexpected, surprising and yet it is as if +VENOVO has always been there. Poggenpohl convinces with furniture that fits in every space and yet makes its presence felt in a unique way. Standing on frames, it conveys the first impression: this kitchen floats!
