James made some great suggestions which has led us to a truly stylish finish. We have recently undertaken a complete refurbishment of our house, with a new open plan kitchen/dining/living space being the core focal point. After speaking with various kitchen design companies, we chose to work with James Kalozois at Poggenpohl, St Albans. James' designs for our new kitchen reflected perfectly what we were seeking to achieve and we now have an amazing space which works wonderfully and looks incredible. The standard of service from James and the team is simply outstanding - nothing is too much trouble, responses are immediate and the quality of both product and service is exemplary. They were extremely informative, well prepared and professional. Joanna led our project - she was full of good ideas, passionate about her products and very efficient at following all queries up. The team were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt to sort any issues out. I would thoroughly recommend them. Every time I went to the showroom, we bought something new as the products are top of the range, versatile and elegant. The after sales service is superb too. with a proper clean at the end and a specialist to contact in the future for any problems. Absolutely top notch - we love our kitchen!
