Poggenpohl Host Intimate Dinner
In partnership with Miele, Poggenpohl hosted a dinner for just nine guests in its new kitchen studio at 475 Finchley Road. Frederick Forster, award winning head chef at Boundary, prepared a delicious three course dinner in the new P'7350 Design by Porsche Design Studio kitchen using Miele appliances including a built in steam oven and induction hob.
After chatting over a glass of Champagne, guests enjoyed asparagus in a light sabayon sauce, wild sea bass Provençal and meringues (cooked to perfection in a Miele warming drawer) served with strawberries and cream.
Both the P'7350 Design by Porsche Design Studio kitchen and its predecessor the P'7340 are now on display at the exclusive studio adjacent to Norman Glenn
