Norman Glenn at Aveqia

Staff from Norman Glenn recently spent an evening preparing a delicious four course dinner at interactive restaurant Aveqia. Hosted by Gaggenau, the event allowed the team to hone their culinary skills preparing such sophisticated dishes as foie gras ballotine, black leg chicken three ways and chestnut parfait.

Showroom manager Yogesh Dhokia said, “We pride ourselves on knowing as much about the appliances we sell as possible. This fun and informative event was the perfect opportunity for us to explore the benefits of Gaggenau ovens and hobs under the guidance of an experienced chef."
