Following yesterday's bus crash Poggenpohl Lavender Hill is closed.

Holiday haven

Interior Architect, Christopher Cook Designs, was asked by their client to transform a new-build contemporary house, with breath-taking views across the Dorset coastline, into a fun and informal get-away. The aim was to maximise the sense of light and space. They turned to Poggenpohl Lavender Hill to design and install the kitchen opting for a matt white finish with composite worktops and Miele appliances

Light work

Interior Architect, Christopher Cook Designs, was asked to bring light, space and storage into what was once a gloomy kitchen. They chose matt doors in sand with contrasting oak wall units, composite worktops and Miele appliances. Light now bounces from the French doors through to the far end of the area while the oak doors help connect the kitchen to the garden

Family kitchen

The developers for this five bedroom, new build family home in Wimbledon Village wanted to install a top quality contemporary kitchen and therefore chose Poggenpohl. Cool, matt white units and worktop were chosen to provide the perfect backdrop to the kitchen/living space with an eye catching mirrored glass splashback and bank of built in ovens and tall wine cooler. The practical island unit houses the hob and provides extra worktop space as well as a sociable breakfast bar.

Tall order

For this recently refurbished home the client asked Poggenpohl to utilise as much of the height in the room as possible without overpowering the space. The designers knew the choice of finish was key and created a +SEGMENTO kitchen that combines matt Pebble Grey with contrasting teak décor. This gives the kitchen a less formal, furniture quality which blends well with the relaxed seating area. A glass splashback and white quartz worktop complete the look.
