Poggenpohl Boston hosted an entertaining and educational evening about holiday cooking with Chef Bill on November 17, 2015. Techniques for transforming conventional foods into personal creations were covered to help the guests learn how to make their food stand out from the crowd. Specialty samples were brought for guests to enjoy, and they included: Lemon Butter Shrimp, Salmon Bisque, and Braised Biscuit Sliders.
