Poggenpohl Chelsea

Chelsea Harbour

The client recently relocated to London and decided to remodel their apartment. Designed to give as much space as possible, this kitchen has been fitted to the curved architecture of the property.

The +Segmento Kitchen features smoked ash vertical grain doors with Neolith Calcatta gold worktops, finished with Brushed gold taps and bronze handles, creating this stylish and timeless look.

Room with a view

This elegant kitchen was created by Poggenpohl Chelsea for a central London apartment, making the most of the double aspect views and elegant Georgian architecture of the building.

+SEGMENTO units in Pebble Grey matt lacquer are teamed with white Lapitec worktops and Gaggenau appliances including a tall wine fridge. An oval, natural wood breakfast bar and decorative marble splashbacks bring warmth and character to the scheme.

Family space

After adding a contemporary extension to their Victorian property, the client wanted a modern kitchen that would be everyday practical for a family of six but also a suitable space in which to entertain.

Ultimate Kitchens came up with an eye catching concept, combining white gloss and matt grey units with Corian worktops and a silver grey mirror splashback. The design incorporates a large island unit as well as a breakfast cupboard, which can be concealed behind pocket doors when not in use. An attractive bar area with built in Champagne bucket and smoked glass wine store ticks all the boxes when it comes to entertaining.

Natural selection

This pleasingly rustic Goldreif by Poggenpohl kitchen appears to be in the depths of the countryside but it is actually in London. The door finish is textured Mountain Oak teamed with Glacier White Corian worktops to keep the look fresh.

Hans Road

Cadogan Estate turned to Ultimate to design and install two made to measure kitchens for recently refurbished flats on Hans Road. To keep the spaces light and bright the designers suggested Poggenpohl’s +SEGMENTO handle less kitchen in high gloss pebble grey lacquer with an aluminium plinth and composite stone worktops.

New look

The new owners of this house were not impressed with the tired all white kitchen so turned to Ultimate Kitchens to design something new. Making best use of the space available with floor to ceiling units plus a generous island, the kitchen incorporates wine fridges, double ovens, built in fridge and freezer and a slim hob. The large bronze mirror on the back wall helps add depth to the design.

Kings Road

Ultimate Kitchens designed and installed three kitchens for a recent project on the Kings Road. Lacquer, handle less units were used throughout, but each kitchen was given a distinct personality with different worktops, appliances and splashbacks.

Apartment 1: Goldreif matt white & Fango lacquer, with Caesarstone worktops and Myrrh glass splash-back

Apartment 2: Goldreif high gloss white lacquer, Caesarstone worktops and dark grey mirror splash-back

Apartment 3: Goldreif matt white & Fango lacquer, with Caesarstone worktops and bronze mirror splash-back

Garden view

This terraced house in London SW1W was extended at the back to create a bright family kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the terraced garden, while the intelligent glass ceiling can be switched from clear to opaque.

The client turned to Ultimate Kitchens on the Pimlico Road to design their kitchen, choosing a streamlined handle less design in high gloss white lacquer combined with jet black granite worktops. A bespoke Italian glass splashback adds interest behind the sink and helps keep this space bright and welcoming. Miele appliances complete the project including two built in ovens plus induction hob and downdraft extractor set into the island.
