Poggenpohl Downtown Hosts Exclusive Fall Preview: A Taste of What’s Trending in Food and Design in 2019
On Tuesday, November 13, Poggenpohl Downtown opened their doors to designers and architects for a night filled with food and design. Attendees received a first look at exclusive new products for Poggenpohl launching in 2019 and enjoyed a chef-inspired tasting and wine pairing from Chef Eric Morale of Gaggenau. Hans Henkes, President and CEO of Poggenpohl North America, previewed the latest innovations for Poggenpohl kitchen designs in 2019.
The chef demonstrated a poached salmon in the Gaggeanu Convection Steam Oven. Filet mignon, rice pudding, wild mushroom cavatelli and seasonal flat breads were created using Gaggenau appliances.
