Herford, 25 de agosto de 2020. El futuro de la marca de cocinas más antigua del mundo está asegurado: la adquisición por parte del inversor estratégico Jomoo Alemania, filial del Jomoo Group chino, se ha completado según lo previsto. Todas las condiciones contractuales se han cumplido, de modo que la transición económica tendrá lugar el 1 de septiembre de 2020.
Poggenpohl Möbelwerke: firmado el contrato con el inversor estratégico Jomoo Group
Nuevo propietario para la marca de cocinas más antigua del mundo: como inversor estratégico, Jomoo Alemania, filial del Jomoo Group chino, adquirirá Poggenpohl Möbelwerke, con sede en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. La compra recientemente anunciada por parte de otro inversor no llegó a producirse. El contrato con Jomoo para transferir la reestructuración se formalizó ante notario el 10 de julio de 2020; se ha acordado no revelar el precio de compra. Hasta que el contrato entre en vigor —se espera que en las próximas semanas se cumplan varias condiciones precedentes— el administrador judicial Manuel Sack continuará dirigiendo las actividades de Poggenpohl en nombre del comprador.
