Main Role: To provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Studio Manager, Senior Designer and Installation Manager. To include, but not limited to the following:

Tasks:

  • Greet and look after prospective clients in the studio
  • Attend client briefing meeting to assist Studio Manager/Senior Designer
  • Prepare package for 3d rendering including
  • Assist in the formulation of quotations
  • Attend project presentation meetings
  • Post-sale processing and administration
  • Work with central marketing team on advertising/ events for the studio
  • Attend supplier appliance training days as necessary (approx. 3-4 p/annum)
  • Maintenance of general showroom presentation

Further itemised list of duties available upon request. This role is based in SW3 within walking distance of South Kensington tube station, as well as Gloucester Road tube station. There are no onsite parking facilities.

We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in the kitchen industry. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to quickly learning the role, with an enthusiastic approach to hard work. The studio consists of a small team, however, has one of the largest sales outputs globally for the brand.

Whilst this is not a direct selling role, you will be expected to greet prospective clients visiting the studio and after an initial introduction to the brand, hand over to a senior member of staff.

You will be expected to be proficient in basic IT skills and be confident in using Winner Design to create wall and kitchen design layouts.

The role includes a direct share of studio profits, using a shared commission structure giving incentive to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Approximate OTE commission earnings in addition to basic salary, however is uncapped as the studio grows

The role is 9:00-17:30 5 days per week, with three Saturday's per month. (A lieu day will be provided for weeks in which you work a Saturday - Saturday hours are 10:00-16:00).
