Dinner with Poggenpohl and Bora
In partnership with Bora, Poggenpohl Marlow hosted a live cooking demonstration for guests.
Bora's Chef prepared a meal from there 5:5 book, 5 minutes preparations and 5 minutes cooking. The whole meal was prepared on Poggenpohls +VENOVO island, cooked on a Bora induction hob. The main course: Fillet Steak with peppers and Shiitake Mushrooms and for dessert, pancakes with fresh berries and yoghurt.
The +VENOVO island is inspired by flexible living, paired with the Bora induction hob and downward draft extraction, this kitchen can fit into any lifestyle.
