Poggenpohl Philadelphia and Miele Celebrate Oktoberfest
On Thursday, September 26, the Miele Princeton showroom hosted an Oktoberfest celebration with Poggenpohl Philadelphia. The networking event featured traditional German Oktoberfest cuisines, such as roast chicken, green beans, bratwurst, potato salad, and beer. After the meal, Miele Chef Mary Moulds led a Bavarian pretzel-making demo – which brought smiles and laughter to all the designers, architects, and consumers in attendance. The evening concluded with a vanilla custard dessert and warm, fresh pretzels served with beer cheese.
